Metro City Medical Clinic provides opioid agonist treatment across four Edmonton locations, two Calgary locations, First Nations communities, and virtual appointments province-wide. They have been operating since 2008 and needed a website that clearly communicated their services, locations, and the fact that patients can walk in without a referral or waitlist.

No website to direct patients to. For a clinic that accepts walk-ins with no referral and no waitlist, the lack of an online presence meant potential patients had no easy way to find the clinic, understand what services were offered, or get in touch.

The approach
Built a multi-page website with a homepage, about, services, contact, and blog — clearly presenting the clinic's harm-reduction services and access model.
Created dedicated service pages for the clinic's core offerings: harm reduction, access innovations, and support partnerships.
Set up a working contact form that delivers submissions directly to the clinic's email via Resend, so patients can reach out online.
Hosted and maintained the site on OnePoint's infrastructure so the clinic has zero technical overhead.
